PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management system and a remote operation method capable of simply and minutely performing remote operation of environmental setting of a residence region, using a mobile terminal held by an operator.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 20 reads a record carrier 30 installed in a residence region and containing a record of positional information of an installation place and transmits the information to a facility management device 10 with terminal identification information. In the facility management device 10, authentication means 14 compares the terminal identification information with information of terminal identification information storage means 12 to authenticate the mobile terminal 20. Apparatus selection means 15 acquires, from operation target apparatus information storage means 11, operation target apparatus information of a facility apparatus 40 to be operated associated with the positional information, and returns the information to the mobile terminal 20. The mobile terminal 20 transmits operation information on the facility apparatus 40 to be operated, and apparatus control means 16 controls the facility apparatus 40 on the basis of the operation information. |
