摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image cutout method and an image acquisition device that are able to obtain a highly accurate cutout image by correcting rotational deviation and displacement of position of a picked-up image.SOLUTION: In an ideal data of a specimen container, reference points and at least two focus points are specified (S1, S2). Relative coordinates of the reference points that have the focus points as their respective original points are obtained (S3). Then, in a picked-up image data of the specimen container, actual focus points corresponding to each of the focus points are specified (S4). Then, a reference point candidate position corresponding to the reference point is obtained based on a plurality of the actual focus points and the relative coordinates corresponding to the actual focus points (S5). From the reference point candidate position, an amount of rotational deviation of the picked-up image data and an amount of displacement of position thereof are obtained (S6, S7). Lastly, the previously set cutout position is corrected based on the amount of rotational deviation and the amount of displacement of position, and image data for each recess is cut out from the picked-up image data (S8).
