PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar battery module with high weather resistance and with a structure of a high degree of freedom.SOLUTION: First and second glass substrates 1, 2 covering both faces of a crystal system solar cell 3 are made of chemically reinforced glass. The crystal system solar cell 3 is sealed to the first and second glass substrates 1, 2 by light receiving face side sealing resin 5 and rear face side sealing resin 6. According to such a constitution, even when thickness of glass is made thin, the glass can be reinforced. Also, processability is good and the glass can be bored. Therefore, a degree of freedom in design of the solar battery module is improved, so that a solar battery module with a structure identical to that of a conventional one and with high weather resistance can be obtained. |
