PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an image forming device cannot promptly and surely notify a user of the fact that an image forming device is put into an error state, so that the image forming device remains in the error state over a long period of time so that the image forming device stagnates.SOLUTION: An image forming device, which comprises image forming means which forms an image on a recording medium on the basis of a printing job, performs the following processes: a process by which when occurrence of an error in the image forming device is detected, notification processes are executed in plural numbers so that a terminal device existing within a predetermined distance from the image forming device can receive information showing the detected occurrence of the error. The image forming device, when receiving a response to the notification from the terminal device, notifies a user of information showing that the user who releases the error is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
