A charging controlling device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes at least one slave group which includes a plurality of slaves which charge and discharge a battery, and a master which transmits a control signal for controlling the operation of the at least one slave group to the at least one slave group, and selects one among the plurality of slaves included in the at least one slave group as an alternative master. The alternative master may be a slave which performs some or all of the functions of the master. So, a charging control device can be efficiently managed. |
