Provided is a transparent resin laminate which, in addition to advanced anti-reflection functions, exhibits excellent mechanical properties such as scratch resistance and hardness and which, in particular, can attain a surface hardness which is 'scratch resistant to 7H'. A double hard-coat layer is disposed between a transparent resin substrate of PC and PMMA or the like and an anti-reflection layer constituted by a low refractive index layer which is formed on the substrate so as to have a refractive index of less than 1.50 and a thickness of between 50 nm and 200 nm. A hard-coat single layer, which is located on the substrate side, contains surface-treated silica sol so as to achieve high surface hardness. |
