The present invention is provided with: a humidification material (1) impregnated with water; a water absorbent material (2) that is a water supply means supplying moisture to the humidification material (1); a water supply tube (5) and drip-down nozzle (6) that supply moisture to the water absorbent material (2); and a blowing means (14) that supplies air to the humidification material (1). The water absorbent material (2) is provided to the top surface (1a) of the humidification material (1) and to the blowing top end surface (1b) of the humidification material (1) disposed the furthest to the blowing means (14) side and/or the blowing bottom end surface (1c) disposed at the reverse side from the blowing top end surface (1b). |
