PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form system capable of accurately detecting concrete placement while having practicability.SOLUTION: The form system includes: a pair of form bodies 1 supported in a way that contact surfaces to concrete placed are faced with specified intervals by separators; a sensor storage case 17 having a bottom surface 17a facing a space within the specified intervals by penetrating one of the form bodies 1 and including a metallic cap electrically insulated; a concrete detection sensor 19 stored in the sensor storage case 17 and applying an electric field into the space; and a microprocessor 46 sensing changes in the electric field by placing the concrete into the space and detecting concrete placement. An electrode 23 faces the bottom surface 17a via a base plate 24 and is electrically connected by using a wiring 21 for a base plate ground 15a of a sensor base plate 15. |
