PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure and a foundation construction method capable of improving seismic capacity by curbing an inclination of a whole building and transmission of earthquake vibration to the building.SOLUTION: A foundation structure comprises: a foundation body 3 connected to a superstructure 2 of a building 1; a permeable layer 4 installed between the foundation body 3 and the ground G; a plurality of pile bodies 5 downwardly extended from the permeable layer 4 into the ground G; and connection means 6 which connects the pile bodies 5 to the foundation body 3. The pile body 5 has: a bag 5A which configures an outer surface thereof and has permeability; granulated substances 5B filled inside the bag 5A; and ring members 51 which surround an outer periphery of the bag 5A to tie up the same at predetermined height positions of the pile body 5. |
