PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polyelectrolyte having sufficient strength to prevent a short circuit caused by a rupture or dendrite growth even in a form of a thin layer, and having excellent ionic conductivity even at normal temperature.SOLUTION: A solid polyelectrolyte contains anatase-type titanium oxide, a lithium electrolytic salt, and an ionic conductive polymer binding the titanium oxide. |
