PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane urea resin which has comparatively low viscosity and has excellent adhesive force and heat resistance when used as an adhesive; and to provide a method for producing the polyurethane urea resin.SOLUTION: A polyurethane urea resin has polydispersity (weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight) of a range of 1.6-2.4. The polyurethane urea resin can be produced by setting a complete mixing time (θ), at which an urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at a molecular terminal and a polyamine compound having two or more amino groups in at least the molecule are reacted with each other, to 30 seconds or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
