A freestanding, frameless greenhouse comprises a plurality of transparent panels 2, 3, 4, 5 which are fastened together by a plurality of connectors 14 to form a wall 2, 4 and a roof 5, wherein the wall and roof enclose an interior. The connectors join the panels together by gripping the panels and which maybe clamps 9. There may be sealant in the joins between the panels. The greenhouse may rest on a base 23 and the base may comprise a groove 24 which is adapted to receive the base of the walls. The greenhouse panels and door may be made from glass, in particular toughened glass. |
