PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid damper device capable of easily suppressing leakage of a fluid from between a case and a rotating shaft in rotating a rotating shaft in a direction generating a load, and an apparatus with a damper including the fluid damper device.SOLUTION: In a fluid damper device 10, a first rib 15 extended in an axis L direction is formed on a radial inner end portion 231 of a partition projecting portion 23. Thus the first rib 15 is properly collapsed according to a clearance between an outer peripheral face 410 of a rotating shaft 40 and the partition projecting portion 23 in assembling the fluid damper device 10. Accordingly, a part between the outer peripheral face 410 of the rotating shaft 40 and the partition projecting portion 23 can be surely blocked. Thus the leakage of the fluid between the outer peripheral face 410 of the rotating shaft 40 and the partition projecting portion 23 can be easily suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
