PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tire poor appearance and high-speed durability performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a freely expansible/contractible tire vulcanization bladder 53 disposed inside of an unvulcanized tire placed vertically with respect to the tire width direction within a tire forming mold, and for pressing the unvulcanized tire toward the inner wall of a tire forming mold, and in which the upper side thickness HGa and the lower side thickness LGa are set as LGa<HGa, as well as there are formed a plurality of outer surface grooves 53D at intervals in the tire width direction on the outer surface pressing the unvulcanized tire, and the interval HDP of the outer surface groove 53D on the upper side and the interval LDP on the lower side are set as HDP<LDP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
