PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique allowing printing equipment to appropriately acquire data when the printing equipment fails to receive the data during receiving data.SOLUTION: When an MFP 10 transitions from a normal state in which the MFP 10 can receive data to an error state in which it cannot receive data during receiving data from a conversion server 200, the MFP 10 sends a partial data request for allowing the MFP 10 to receive unreceived data to the conversion server 200 after the MFP 10 transitions from the error state to the normal state. |
