PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for manufacturing a dried silk fibroin porous body capable of easily retaining the shape of the silk fibroin porous body and capable of largely shortening the drying time.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a dried silk fibroin porous body comprises: a step (1) of freezing a silk fibroin aqueous solution or a silk fibroin porous body containing water; and a step (2) of retaining the freezed silk fibroin aqueous solution or the freezed silk fibroin porous body on an air permeable base material to dry them under reduced pressure. |
