PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a sheet material and a roof substrate structure capable of being installed regardless of the distance between laterally arranged rafters and achieving heat shielding and ventilation of a roof part.SOLUTION: An inventive sheet material 1 is the sheet material installed over a plurality of laterally arranged rafters 2. The sheet material 1 has a heat reflection surface 3 on at least one side thereof, and comprises a plurality of mounting parts 4 for mounting the plurality of rafters 2 respectively and bendable ventilation partition parts 5 positioned between the laterally arranged mounting parts 4. The inventive roof substrate structure is formed by installing the sheet material 1 over the plurality of laterally arranged rafters 2, the plurality of mounting parts 4 of the sheet material 1 are mounted on the plurality of rafters 2 respectively, and each of the ventilation partition parts 5 is bent downward between the laterally arranged rafters 2. |
