PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass film laminate that prevents a breakage of a glass film, and has enhanced handleability.SOLUTION: A glass film laminate 10 comprises: a support substrate 11; and a glass film 12 laminated on the support substrate 11. The glass film 12 has a width smaller than a width of the support substrate 11. The support substrate 11 protrudes from both sides of the glass film 12, and thereby a side part region 14 of the support substrate 11 is formed at both the sides of the glass film 12. A side part film 15 for covering a side end part 12a and the side part region 14 is attached to the side end part 12a of both the ends of the glass film 12 and the side part region 14 of the support substrate 11. |
