PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorbing material, which has excellent thermal conductivity and shock-absorbing properties, and is disposed between a heat-generating member and a casing covering the heat-generating member and radiating the heat of the member.SOLUTION: There is provided a shock absorbing material 4 which is disposed between a heat-generating member 2 and a casing covering the member 2 and radiating heat of the member 2. The shock absorbing material 4 is formed by foaming a resin composition including a resin (A) including an elastomer and thermally conductive filler (B) having a thermal conductivity, and has a shock absorbing layer 41 having a 25% compressive strength of ≤200 kPa. |
