The fitting has a support (6) providing a predetermined form to the fitting, and a coating (1) e.g. alcantara(RTM: versatile material) coating, providing an aspect to the fitting. The coating has two distinct parts (1a, 1b) integrated with one another along a junction line (5) of the fitting using high frequency ultra sound, where the parts are flexible adhesives e.g. polyurethane film or propylene/ethylene base film. A pavement of foam is interposed between the coating and the support. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mold for fabricating an interior fitting of a motor vehicle (2) a method for fabricating an interior fitting of a motor vehicle.
