PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTO system or the like which can be shipped without changing setting of a control program of a TCM by acquiring information of the kind of a mounting vehicle before shipping of the manufacturing plant of a vehicle before being the mounting vehicle, and can reduce a load in a manufacturing plant of a vehicle manufacturer in a PTO system using a dual clutch system.SOLUTION: A plurality of patterns of a sequential operation when starting to transfer the power of an internal combustion 10 to a part P of a PTO shaft 13 are stored in advance, an input of a signal from an outside, or an input of data from the outside is received, a specific pattern is selected from the plurality of patterns and set, and when starting to transfer the power of the internal combustion 10 to a part P of the PTO shaft 13, connection/disconnection control of a first clutch 11a and connection/disconnection control of a second clutch 11b are performed by a specific pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
