摘要 The present invention relates to a low-temperature hot-air drying apparatus for sludge, which comprises: a hopper to store dehydrated sludge; a transfer pump pumping the sludge stored in the hopper; a drying chamber sequentially transferring the pumped sludge by upper and lower conveyors in the drying chamber, and drying the sludge by hot air supplied into the drying chamber; a burner supplying hot air to the lower part of the drying chamber; and a waste heat discharge means discharging hot air and water vapor to the upper part of the drying chamber. More specifically, provided is a low-temperature hot-air drying apparatus for sludge, which comprises: a distribution and supply part which is installed and fixed to the drying chamber, and laterally distributes the sludge pumped by the transfer pump at regular intervals; connecting pipes which are laterally connected and installed at regular intervals on the lower part of the distribution and supply part in order to discharge the distributed sludge, and whose lower ends are formed to be laterally movable at regular intervals; a support panel having multiple nozzles which are laterally installed at regular intervals and are connected to each connecting pipe in order to extrude the distributed sludge on the conveyor at regular intervals; a guide rail guiding the support panel to laterally move at a regular interval; and a driving means which laterally moves the support panel, and operates so that the support panel laterally moves at a width which is smaller than that of the regular interval. Accordingly, the low-temperature hot-air drying apparatus for sludge increases sludge drying efficiency and improves workability.
