Embodiments of the present invention relate to an apparatus for measuring a side channel signal for analysis of security of a security device against key leakage. The apparatus for measuring a side channel signal according to the embodiments of the present invention comprises: first and second measurement terminals which measure a side channel signal of a processor; a resistor which is connected between the second measurement terminal and a power or ground terminal of the processor; an OP amplifier comparator which is disposed between the resistor and the first measurement terminal, and outputs a voltage difference between both ends of the resistor; and an OP amplifier which amplifies the voltage difference received from the OP amplifier comparator, and outputs the amplified voltage difference to the first measurement terminal. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a side channel signal without noise can be measured.
