The present invention relates to a hamburger holder which enables a user to eat a hamburger by putting the hamburger thereinto. The hamburger holder comprises: an input part (10) which is opened to put the hamburger (20) thereinto; and first, second, and third assistance parts (12, 14, 16) which allow the hands of a person to grip the hamburger (20) put through the input part (10), wherein the first, second, and third assistance parts (12, 14, 16) are formed in a sealed structure or in a structure opened at intervals, and wherein the input part (10) and the first, second, and third assistance parts (12, 14, 16) are made of paper, synthetic resins, or the integration thereof.
