PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapeutic or preventive agents exhibiting good oral absorption for neuropsychiatric diseases such as schizophrenia, anxiety disorder and related diseases thereof, depression, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, developmental disorder and sleep disorder and for neurological diseases such as drug addiction, cognitive impairment, Alzheimer disease, Huntington chorea, Parkinson disease, movement disorder accompanying muscle stiffness, cerebral ischemia, cerebral insufficiency, myelopathy and cephalopathy.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical contains: a fluorine-containing amino acid prodrug represented by the general formula (I) formed by converting a fluorine-containing amino acid being a group 2 metabotropic glutamate receptor agonist into a prodrug; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
