PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet processor, a paper sheet processing system and a processing method for, when a counterfeit or a dealing stop coupon or the like is generated, preventing a counterfeit or the like from being accepted by quickly changing the identification content of a paper sheet processor, and for suppressing any useless process from being generated in a post-processing process.SOLUTION: A paper sheet processor (gift certificate processor 10) includes: a storage part 31 for storing at least one of information related to acceptable paper sheets and information related to unacceptable paper sheets; collation means 34 for collating the information of the paper sheets obtained by an identification part 16 with the information related to the paper sheets stored in the storage part 31; and rewriting means 37 for rewriting the information stored in the storage part 31. |
