PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which has excellent mass productivity and good luminescence properties.SOLUTION: In an organic electroluminescent element (100), a hole transport layer (22) is made of a resin cured product obtained by ring-opening polymerization of a polymerizable compound (a) including a ring-opening polymerizable group in the presence of a polymerization initiator (b). In addition, the maximum protrusion height Rp and the maximum valley depth Rv in a top face of the hole transport layer (22) are each 14 nm or less. Thereby, the invention realizes an organic electroluminescent element which has excellent mass productivity and high luminescence efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
