PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor in a closed magnetic path structure which prevents the price from rising without adding excessive members or steps for suppressing variance in a property value of the inductor in the case where a gap interval between a drum-shaped core and a ring-shaped core is varied.SOLUTION: The inductor comprises: a drum-shaped core 20 including an upper flange 22a and a lower flange in both ends of a winding shaft 21; a ring-shaped core 30 including a hole 31 which penetrates a top face and a bottom face for accommodating the drum-shaped core therein; and a pair of external terminals 50 which are disposed on side faces of the ring-shaped core. The external terminal is formed from: a side face part 51; and a top face part 53 and a bottom face part 52 which are folded in the same direction and provided at both ends of the side face part. In a folding part of the side face part and the bottom face part, a protrusion 54 is provided which protrudes inside. In ridge line parts between the side faces and a bottom face of the ring-shaped core, recesses 34 are provided which are fitted with the protrusions. A top face and the bottom face of the ring-shaped core are held between the side face parts and the bottom face parts of the external terminals, and the protrusions and the recesses are fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
