PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus configured to improve safety of transaction using a passbook with a two-dimensional code printed thereon, and a program.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a two-dimensional code read section which reads a first account number from a two-dimensional code printed on a form and including transaction information input by a customer; a passbook read section which reads a second account number included in magnetic stripes of the pass book of the customer; a transaction execution section which requests a host computer to execute a transaction based on transaction information included in the two-dimensional code, in response to an instruction made by an operator from an input section, when the first account number coincides with the second account number; a printing section which performs authentication printing indicating a result of executing the transaction, on the form; and a display control section which displays a warning on a display screen when the first account number does not coincide with the second account number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
