PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for an electromagnet capable of reducing an inductance of a wiring wire in which a large current flows, and a noise generated from the wiring wire.SOLUTION: A power supply device 1 for an electromagnet comprises: a first current source 10 applying a pulse-like first electromagnet current i1 from a first output terminal 2 to an electromagnet 30; a second current source 20 applying a pulse-like second electromagnet current i2 from a second output terminal 3 to the electromagnet 30; and an intermediate wiring wire 4 connecting the first current source 10 and the second current source 20 with each other. The first current source 10 has a first wiring wire 11 for feeding the first electromagnet current i1 to the first output terminal 2. The second current source 20 has a second wiring wire 21 for feeding the second electromagnet current i2 to the second output terminal 3. The first wiring wire 11 and the second wiring wire 21 form a loop-like current path as a whole. The intermediate wiring wire 4 is laid around so as to run parallel to this loop-like current path. |
