PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-emission sensor which does not limit a shape of and a material used for a model as a measured surface, which has antiadhesive and moisture-proof functions for water, ice, and snow, and which achieves the improvement in responsiveness of the surface-emission sensor.SOLUTION: In a super water-repellent surface-emission sensor, fluororesin particles each of which has a diameter of equal to or less than several tens of micrometers as a main component and a binder using a methyl silicone which has a methyl group and which has less cohesion among whole molecules as a binder for fixing the particles on a base are mixed with a luminous paint, so that the obtained mixture is applied on an inspected body. |
