The present invention relates to a plan and action information comparing and analyzing system of a marine shipbuilding structure building process of a visualized variable scale. The system comprises: a drawing load module configured to load the whole drawing on a screen; a view moving module; a scale changing module; a spatial data setting module configured to set spatial data per a block; an attribute information inquiry module; and a key performance indicator drawing module configured to draw a key performance indicator which corresponds to each key successful element. Therefore, the system can easily find a progress rate without additional manipulation.
