The present invention relates to a method for sensing hidden terminal in a wireless communication device based on the persistent time of energy of the wireless communication device, comprising the steps of: measuring the persistent time of the energy sensed from one or more terminals; calculating the estimated time of transmission for a frame which one or more terminals are possible to transmit; and sensing the hidden terminal from one or more terminals based on the persistent time of the energy and estimated time of transmission.
