PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover sheet having sufficient strength, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The notch edges 82a and 82b of a window cutout part 80 and the index edges 102a and 102b of an index part 100 are welded so that the outer surface 60 of a cover sheet body 30 and the outer surface of the index part (i.e., outer surface 112 of cover sheet part 110) can be flat. The window cutout part 80 has an area larger than that of the index part, and the notch edge of the window cutout part and the index edge of the index part have shapes corresponding to each other. Thus, when performing welding, the notch edge and the index part are boiled to spread and connected together to be integrated, and welded together with sufficient strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7B |
