PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively support classification of electronic documents.SOLUTION: A client terminal 30 reads in display content displayed on each of a plurality of display media, and performs character recognition processing on each read-in display content. Then, when results of the character recognition processing corresponding to prescribed positions common in respective first and second media which have not been successively read in from among the plurality of display media are equal to or larger than a first matching rate, the client terminal 30 determines that the character recognition results corresponding to the prescribed positions indicate the same identification information. In addition, when results of the character recognition processing corresponding to prescribed positions common in respective third and forth media which have been successively read in from among the plurality of display media are equal to or larger than a second matching rate lower than the first matching rate, the client terminal 30 determines that the character recognition results corresponding to the prescribed positions indicate the same identification information. |
