PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk of ejection of a high-temperature and high-pressure fluid from a corrosion damage point of an outer cylindrical body 21 of a reaction vessel 20.SOLUTION: A fluid purifier, which has a double cylinder structure consisting of a cylindrical outer cylinder 21 and an inner cylinder 22 arranged inside the outer cylinder 21 and includes a reaction vessel 20 for causing, in the inner cylinder 22, an oxidative decomposition reaction of organic substances contained in waste water W, is provided with leakage detection means which detects the leakage of a fluid from the inner cylinder 22 into a space between the inner cylinder 22 and the outer cylinder 21 through a corrosion damage point of the inner cylinder 22, and alarm transmission means which transmits an alarm on the basis of the detection of the leakage of the fluid by the leakage detection means. |
