PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric film laminate having connection members each of which connects a plurality of conductor layers to be connected with each other and which are unlike to be detached when the piezoelectric film laminate bends.SOLUTION: In a piezoelectric film laminate 1, when assuming that a conductor layer 3 closest to one surface of the piezoelectric film laminate is the first conductor layer and a plurality of conductor layers 3 included in the piezoelectric film laminate 1 are divided into odd-numbered conductor layers 3 and even-numbered conductor layers 3, the odd-numbered conductor layers 3 are electrically connected with each other by first connection members 5 each of which pierces a piezoelectric film between the odd-numbered conductor layers 3 and is not electrically connected with the even-numbered conductor layers 3, and the even-numbered conductor layers 3 are electrically connected with each other by second connection members 6 each of which pierces a piezoelectric film 2 between the even-numbered conductor layers 3 and is not electrically connected with the odd-numbered conductor layers 3. |
