PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment/detachment tool for multiple row cylindrical roller bearing capable of easily assembling or removing a plurality of cylindrical rollers and a holder with respect to an outer ring, and capable of improving workability of maintenance of the multiple row cylindrical roller bearing, and provide an assembly method and a removal method of the bearing.SOLUTION: An attachment/detachment tool 50 for a multiple cylindrical roller beating includes: a drawing member 55 that simultaneously moves a plurality of cylindrical rollers 3 to the inside in a radial direction in a holder 4 so that a circumscribed circle diameter OD constituted by the plurality of cylindrical rollers 3 is smaller than the inner diameter of a flange part 1a of an outer ring 1; and a rotation bar 56 that has a claw part 57 supporting the end surface of the cylindrical roller 3 having moved to the inside in the radial direction; and a guide bar 61. |
