In the present invention, there is disclosed a point crossing and point structure frog in which the wing rails (1, 2) are connected in removable manner with a vee-piece (3) tip and tip rails (4) by bolts (5) through the mediation of hollow pins (6) recessed in a recess (7) of rotary shape arranged co-axially with bolt (5) holes (8), which are arranged in wing rails (1, 2) and in the vee-piece (3) tip coupled with the tip rails (4). A process for producing a point crossing and point structure frog is characterized in that wing rails (1, 2) and a vee-piece (3) tip are connected with tip rails (4) by means of bolts (5) and hollow pins (6) through holes (8) and recesses (7) of rotary shape, whereupon they are machined as a unit to final form. |
