PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of proposing a combination of visit destinations which is more favorable for a user.SOLUTION: The visit destination proposal device 10 includes: a visit destination data input unit 14 for inputting a plurality of visit destination data indicating a visit destination; a visit destination set generation unit 23 for generating a visit destination set which is a combination of a plurality of visit destinations indicated by the visit destination data input by the visit destination data input unit 14; a proposed visit destination determination unit 18 for evaluating a visit destination set by specifying coherency of the visit destination set generated by the visit destination set generation unit 23 with a user on the basis of an evaluation rule which is set in advance and corresponds with the combination of visit destinations, and determining the visit destination set to be proposed to the user on the basis of the evaluation; and an output unit 19 for outputting information indicating the visit destination set determined by the proposed visit destination determination unit 18. |
