PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle which can prevent the lowering of the drive torque of the vehicle in traveling or at a start.SOLUTION: In a vehicle which uses an engine, a first motor and a second motor as drive force sources, a control device of the vehicle comprises: a power dividing mechanism which divides power between the drive force source and a drive shaft, or synthesizes it, and transmits it; and a gear change mechanism which can selectively set a low speed stage which increases the output torque of the engine, or transmits it to a first rotating element as it is, and a high speed stage which reduces the output torque of the engine, and transmits it to the first rotating element. In the control device, there is arranged gear change means (step S3) which sets the high speed stage by the gear change mechanism when torque in an opposite direction of torque which is transmitted to the power dividing mechanism from the engine is outputted by the second motor. |
