The device comprises: a lower duct; an insulation groove; a lower fire cloth; a water channel; a spacer; a punching support; a V-shaped folded portion; an upper duct; an upper fire cloth; a compressed flange; a ceramic bolt guard; a coupling groove; a lower latch sill; an upper support sill; a current sensor; a water provision pipe; a water pump; a water-level sensor; a control unit; and a driver.
