METAL BUTTONS USING LASER PROCESSING, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to metal buttons using laser processing and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to the metal buttons using laser processing to increase the productivity and the manufacturing method thereof, capable of performing the formation of films like anodizing or post-processing like surface treatment. The manufacturing method comprises: a laser processing step of processing a light transmitting unit in a predetermined shape by using lasers on one side of a metal plate; and a resin layer forming step of forming resin layers on the back side by insert-injecting the metal plate. In the resin layer forming step, a first core of a mold for forming a resin layer on one side of the metal plate, presses the metal plate and molds the metal plate with a container shape, and then, when the metal plate returns to the initial position, a resin is inserted onto the back side of the metal plate and the resin layer is formed, thereby performing both the metal plate processing and the formation of the resin layer in one mold.
