One aspect of the disclosed invention provides an x-ray imaging device capable of obtaining a high resolution image by irradiating an x-ray of low-dose, and a production method of an x-ray image. The x-ray imaging device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an x-ray source to irradiate the x-ray to an object; an x-ray detection unit to produce a frame image including x-ray data corresponding to a plurality of energy bands by detecting the x-ray passing through the object; an image separation unit to separate the frame image into a plurality of material images by using the x-ray data; and an image production unit to restore a present frame image by performing a motion correction regarding the same material images of the present frame image and one or more previous frame images.
