Disclosed are an inter-carrier frequency cooperation method and device. The method comprises: determining description information about a second carrier frequency; and a first communication node sending the description information about the second carrier frequency to a second communication node via a first carrier frequency, wherein the description information about the second carrier frequency contains at least one of: transmission beam information about the second carrier frequency, pilot information about the second carrier frequency, control channel information about the second carrier frequency, data channel information about the second carrier frequency, hybrid automatic retransmission request (HARQ) sequential information about the second carrier frequency, and time information about the working of the second communication node at the second carrier frequency.
