PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device for a server-based computing system for enabling as much information as possible to be displayed while preventing a text input area from unnecessarily occupying a display screen area of a client device.SOLUTION: When a text input area TA is included in drawing data G generated in response to an input event from a client device, it is determined whether characters are inputted in the text input area TA, and according to a determination result of the character input, the size of the text input area TA in the drawing data G is changed to reduce its margin part. Specifically, when no character is inputted in the text input area TA, the size thereof is changed to the height for one line, and when characters are inputted, the size thereof is changed to the height for the number of lines required to display the characters. Then, in a state where the size of the text input area TA is changed, the drawing data G is updated, and is transmitted and transferred to the client device of an event input source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
