PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize display order of commodities on a retrieval result.SOLUTION: A selection device or a determination device includes: a specification unit which specifies a commodity to be presented; and a determination unit which determines order of presenting information on the commodity specified by the specification unit on the basis of information regarding advertising expenses of the commodity and a value of the commodity. As a result, since the determination device displays the information on the commodity which is popular among users at a higher rank, it may optimize display order of the information and improve usability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
