PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a system frequency within an allowable range under the constraint of a power supply output of a controlled object.SOLUTION: On the basis of system model data, system data and renewable energy data, a computing device predicts time series data indicating the state of each power supply in a future control period, on the basis of power supply data, the computing device calculates at least one of a deviation state indicating a degree of deviation of the time series data with respect to the constraint and a margin state indicating a degree of margin of the time series data to the constraint, the computing device calculates an adjustment amount of the output of each power supply on the basis of the deviation state and the margin state on condition that the deviation state is eliminated and the sum of the outputs of the plurality of power supplies is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
