PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an ACK/NACK cannot be transmitted efficiently, when receiving a data signal from a base station device and the data of D2D communication.SOLUTION: A second terminal unit for receiving the transmission signals from a base station device and other terminal unit and transmitting an ACK/NACK, has a control information processing section for transmitting the ACK/NACK to the base station device and other terminal unit. When at least some of a plurality of transmission timings of the ACK/NACK overlap, and the base station device and other terminal unit are included in the transmission destination of the ACK/NACK, the control information processing section transmits the resource for use in the transmission of the ACK/NACK, while switching to the resource determined by the resource index information of the control information transmitted by the base station device, or other resource, based on the information indicating the transmission destination of the ACK/NACK.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
