PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid interface detection device capable of appropriately detecting an interface of two types of fluids having different specific gravities.SOLUTION: A fluid interface detection device comprises: a sensor which has a floodlight section emitting light in a horizontal direction toward a fluid in a container and a light receiving section receiving the light emitted from the floodlight section after the same passes through the fluid; and a control section which calculates a fluctuation range of light amounts received by the light receiving section, compares the calculated fluctuation range with a preset fluctuation range and determines a relation between a height of the sensor and the height of an interface of the fluids.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
